Well, it is kind of a bummer that my first post to the forum is regarding a problem with my new Ram truck. But here goes.
When I listen to my ipod through my truck stereo I hear a random click or knock through the speakers. It is like the sound the "buttons" on the stereo make when you touch them. So, I turned the touch sound off through the menu on the uconnect but the sound continues. I also tuned off the click sound on my ipod's settings & use the lock to prevent the ipod from being activated from it's touch panel and still the knock continues.
Has anyone else had this issue?
Oh and by the I tried two different ipod cables.
I never had any issues listening to my ipod in my other vehicles; Ford Edge with the Synch system & an F150 with a Panasonic HU.
