double DIN

Is it possible to put a double DIN Nav screen in an 05 Ram quad cab. I had one in my previous vehicle and I really miss having it. I talked to someone at an car audio store here and he said I would have to get a new dash piece in order to do it but I can't find anything on the internet. any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Yes, it is possible, and yes, you will need a new dash bezel to hold the larger screen of the double din.

I'm sure someone who knows much more than I do will provide more in depth info!

yeah for sure they look really nice. Plus all that they can do: control my Ipod, Navi and Bluetooth. Man, I can't wait to start getting all the audio stuff and get it installed.

No problem. However, the only thing better than a double DIN is a truck-puter.
