Technical Service Bulletins are put out by the manufacture to provide OEM service technicians with a procedure to resolve problems. TSB's are registered with the US Government and below is an export of that data.
To search for TSB's for your specific Year / Model please see: ODI - Office of Defects Investigation
The included information does not have step by step "how-to" or part numbers. It is simply a notification that there was a problem with a specific component.
TSB's are performed by Dodge dealerships for no cost if the component is still covered under warranty. For the most part if your vehicle is outside the bumper-to-bumper warranty the service will be billable. Some individual components have an extended service warranty due to a specific failure. Speak with your local Dodge service representative to check the status of your vehicle.
The "SERVICE BULLETIN #" or "REPLACEMENT SB#" numbers provided are provided by Dodge and should be searchable by your Dodge service representative.
