when its time for me to change my oil i want to switch to synthetic. that being said my truck has the 4.7 liter in it and calls for 5w20 motor oil. i have oil left from when i had my tacoma but its 0w20 synthetic. can i use this or should i just buy a 5w20 synthetic?
