Rear axle hub diameter?

I've dug around, but can't seem to find any info on the actual hub diameter. I know the rim center bore is 122.5mm, but what is the actual hub diameter? I don't have the truck today and can't measure.

I was looking to see if a late 80's 3/4ton ram (8-lug) would fit on an early 2000's 3/4ton ram (both 16" rim) but I couldn't find much info if the center hub bores are different... I've read that the older ones are 120.9mm, but also 122.5mm...
