what motor? 4.7, 5.2 or 5.9? start off with the basics: intake, exhaust and tuner. then maybe some gears/lsd.

Yep intake exhaust and tuner. It's already got a lift. Anything else is tell Daniel to join up and look at pictures of 2nd gens and see what he likes look wise.

thats the first thing im going to do is get him to join..here is the truck he is wantin http://greensboro.craigslist.org/cto/2634977058.html but he asked me today "Should he get a truck already fully loaded fixed up etc. or get a basic truck that dont have many mods, so he can fix it the way he wants it?" i told him it would be cheaper to get a basic truck so he can mod it himself..do yall agree with my answer i gave him???
