my 2000 ram keeps having a voltage spike up to about 18.64 volts I know that the voltage is regulated internally by the computer, what is the best way to fix this issue. do I need to take it to the dealer or can I replace the computer? any help is greatly needed thanks

You can replace the computer yourself, you'd just need a new computer flashed for your truck's specs.
