to find gear ratio count the teeth on pinion gear and count teeth on ring gear and then divide them together and youll have your answer

pinion / ring = answer

ring / pinion = wrong answer

example
36 on ring
10 on pinion

36/10=3.6 so your gear ratio is a 3.60 gr

just some helpful info
