Well, it has been a few days since I got the truck back from dealer 2 without a fix. The good news is that it seems to be improving every day. I think Merc225hp's suggestion to do the hard reboot (battery disconnect) may be the reason. It started off running like crap after the reboot but I think as the PCM re-learns, the problem is disappearing. Thanks Merc225hp. I will keep you posted as time goes on.
