2000 Ram, taillights running lights dont work, headlights work, signals in rear and front work, liscense plate lights work, brake lights work. But both taillights are out. I have checked all fuses which are good, dual fillament bulbs replaced with new ones still nothing. Checked the ground its good. Plugs are getting resistance. I don't know what else to do or check. Or a way to rig them to get them to work. Any ideas??

hardwire them to constantly be on when the truck is running?
