Hello everyone. Needing some help.
I've got a 99 ecsb 5.2 4x4 that is eating the pcm's. The engine has been replaced and the transmission has been rebuilt w/ all electrics. The 1st pcm was replaced when the transmission was rebuilt. It has fried 3 other pcm's all within the past year. I'm not seeing any damage to the harness. It throws numerous codes when it does. Rpm's go to 1200+ and trans shifting either goes to 1st gear only ( current condition ) or it has went to get 1st I have to pull shifter down to 1st and to get 2nd by going back to drive w/ it keeps coming out of lockup and od, as well as; drive ( randomly ).
I'm going to test the alternator tomorrow to verify diodes aren't gone.
Looking for suggestions of where else to look
