If the frame is bent I wouldn't mess with it to be honest... its hard to get a frame straight again and it drive right. And you'll go threw tires

This was a truck my dad and I fixed. Frame just need a little tweaking but not much, also new radiator support

Here is the site I have been shopping. Says the engine runs but it would need some parts as you can see.
I figure I could make it nice and the title is still clean.

it is $800 to $1000 to have it shipped and if bidding stays the same it is about $1500

I'd look at the frame as stated above and if it cant be pulled then you're looking at a frame swap. Most likely a 20-30 hour job if you don't have a lift but as you say if the price is right it could be totally worth it. Looks like you have a couple of things going for you. The cab appears to be structured and how the air bags didn't deploy is beyond me. You'll need pretty much everything from the the doors forward. If I had the cash I'd go for it

Wow thats a great price if it stays there. My dad has been watching diesel and wrecked auctions for awhile (insurance company auctions)
the last one had a 3rd gen 5.9 with decent miles, and not that bad of front damage for around $9000.

I'd buy it and if the frame is twisted yank the engine and part it out. There's money to be made unless the bids go up too much.

that would be a steal. and like others said, if its not repairable, you could part it out and still make a lot

I'll be very surprised if it stays at that price, I guarantee there are 15+ guys sitting at there computers watching that truck, trying to buy it for the salvage yard they work for. If it does stay at that price its a great deal, to part out, putting it back together is a different story.
