Central Texas Get Together 11-7-15 CANCELLED

We are going to have an outdoor BBQ and G2G on Saturday 11-7-15 in Giddings Tx at the park located at Independence and Crocket St. beginning at about 10AM. You need to bring the following things:
1. Your own drinks(remember this is family friendly)
2. Your own Lawn chairs
3. Chips or maybe a side dish(from HEB is ok)or a dessert
4. A canopy if you have one
We will supply the hamburgers/bums and/or hot dogs/buns(hopefully everyone will chip in for the cost)We will also bring the condiments for the HB's and HD's and paper plates and napkins.
Two members have said they are willing to bring their grills to cook on. Please RSVP by 11-5-15 so we know how much food to buy!

RAM TRUCKS, BBQ AND COLD DRINKS WHAT ELSE COULD YOU WANT (be careful how you answer that, your wife or gf might have your password)

We need some more people!!!!! Come on guys, you wanted a G2G lets get it going. I talked to a pro pin stripper today and he said he would come if we could guarantee a total of $400 in striping for the day.(you need to negotiate your own work and price). Anyone need your engine cover, fuse box cover or truck striped? Maybe we can talk Matt into coming again with some of his hats and stickers?????? and his truck also.

I'd love to get some pin striping done, but as you already know I got jipped on my last paint job and have been looking for another "guaranteed shop" to the work. I did wanna ask though... are there RF.com stickers around? I see so many Ram's rolling around - I can count 9, 2nd, 3rd and 4th gen's within 1000' of my house. I think that a nice decal on the window would pull ya (pun intended) a lot more local guy's on here. I have a canopy... I'll pull it out of storage and make sure the pesky bug's haven't gotten to it. We need to PM whoever is coming and get a count on what "equipment" people are bringing so we know.

A list of the stuff I can bring includes... canopy, BBQ pit, deep fryer (to put a pot on for beans or whatever else), my BBQ pit also has a side burner. I have chairs and several other things. Just let me know what is a need and I'll look into it.

At this point I think we have more equipment than people LOL Hopefully we can get more people to sign up. I don't have any information on RF stickers. I know that Matt has some for Moe's but I'm not sure about the forum stickers. Would also be helpful if the forum had some sort of a banner that could be used at these G2G's. It could be sent from place to place when needed. Maybe one of the mod's can answer about the stickers. Right now we need more people--lot's of people talk about it but when it comes down to really driving someplace, maybe not so many. Maybe a wet "T shirt" contest or a bikini car wash or or or ??????????(just kidding, this is family friendly)

Do you have a head count as of now? I'll find guy's where their profile says their location is near and send em' PM's. As far as the stickers go, I have a website that I've used over the years that do custom decals and such and I'm going to contact them about making me some RF decals to put at the bottom of my driver and passenger back door windows. I don't know who I have to talk to on here about logo trademark for the forum to get approval.

I think we only have about 4 or 5 or 6 so far. David and his wife, Barb and I and you and I think a couple from Giddings and maybe Matt. But don't really have an exact number as of today. Not sure about the logo, maybe another question for one of the mod's. I think there are a few guys from San Antonio. I've put a invite on all the local Ram dealers facebook pages also. Can't find a Ram dealer in Giddings though, but a couple are close.
