Using rhino liner ... I have for years ... tuff as nails if you do the prep right .

Any way ... fresh clay bar and adams 4 step .... paint looks like new .(SORRY CELL PICS )

I order it online .. comes in a kit , 1 gallon and all the brushes and special rollers

Key is to PREP PREP PREP .. sand everything down to bear metal , clean with mineral spirits dry dry dry .. tape off and go .. first coat light .. second coat light . Then normal ... after 5 hrs cover it in the UV protector.

You can beat the **** out of it with a hammer and it wont chip if done right .
I did it on my last rig also .

Not only does it give it a ruggid look that no one has but protects the **** out of your paint

I got a sander that hooks to my air comp .. makes sanding easy .

I did the rockers , flares , and bumpers out of one kit .

Awesome. I've got the normal rusty door edges of the 2G truck, but they're not bad. I've hit them with POR earlier this year. I do like the lining on the rockers, however, as well as the bumpers.

Oh ya door rust is a 2nd gen thing ,,, this one had it .
Por-15 and some bondo patches ... sand and seal ... like new and better than buying new doors ... that rust is not coming back .
