Oh ok. I take it you did your own oil change? I got like one free oil change I think with my dealer so I’ll talk to them about what they use and if they’ll consider that but I dunno, I’m kind of having an issue with this factory oil myself so I’ll probably just start thinking about baby’s first oil change here real quick.Yes they are.

Nice UP sticker. Where you from? I'm from Iron Mountain.
I got the soft sided one free with my hard bed cover, but I like the hard swing version better. does it come off easily if needed?
Just to make sure you understand the rules in "The Free State." You may transport a legal firearm in MD, but the firearm and ammo have to be in separate locations in the vehicle.Yea I am aware of that. And I am damn sure not coming to NJ. Farthest I ever want to go is Maryland. Lol.
I just want to be able to have it next to me. And when we get to states I can always put it in my travel trailer. I will have my safe with me.

FYI, I believe it is Virginia where it is illegal, not MD.
Yes you can. Most bed cover sit above the rails, so if you hard liner stops under the rail there will be no issue. Even if the liner goes over the rails, I have seen cover that will work with those also.Morning guys random question my truck came with that hard plastic bed liner can u run a bed cover on those?

The cover is not locked in stone the wing is however. I was looking at clearances and also if need be the end pieces will require modification if I decide to get a cover hence finding out prior so clearances and mods are done once. Future project so no rush besides I would first meet to look into a good enough bodyshop. You may have a tough time fitting a bed cover with that wing on the tailgate.
Well, I used a good filter wrench, and put the front end on jackstands. I am a 30 yr. T-38 aircraft mechanic (Retired). That may be why my elbows are so flexable. Ha HaRamjet, if that's a 1500 and you think it was EZPZ, you must have 2 elbows on the same arm. My 2500 is easy. My 1500 sucked booty to change filter
Not 1st, 2nd or 3rd? No Trophy!
I agree with messy. But I had read stories of people relocating the filter, and it just isn't that difficult. IMOYea I did mine the other day and it was terrible. Oil goes everywhere. My 3rd gen I was able to make a cardboard funnel each time to make it a lot less messy and it’s really not possible on this one and be able to get to the filter.
