Our oldest (girl, 17) and youngest (boy, 10) won't give us any issues. They are bookworms. The middle one, on the other hand... she's 13 and is gonna be hell on wheels. Smart, beautiful, and full of **** & vinegar. I truly feel sorry for the first dude that does her wrong.

Just wait, my step daughter is moving back home with her 3 kids. This ought to be fun. Dogs will never get any sleep.

For the moment, I'm "retired". It's pretty cool to be able to take my kids to school and not miss any of their events for once. We have less than a year left here, so I don't really want to get into another "career", just to quit and go again. I also don't want to work some ******** job just to occupy my time. So, I've been using my GI bill toward my MBA. I won't be done by the time I leave here, but it's whatever. College is VERY overrated anyway.

I had an older MX-6. I don't recall... was Mazda still running Ferd motors in '10? If so, you should be able to find a fairly cheap one in a junk yard. If not, it's likely going to be quite a bit more expensive. The good thing is, those little 4-bangers are easy to replace.

Don't know about Mazda's but I had a cavalier that spun a rod. Pulled engine, new crank, rod and main bearings, glaze busted cylinders, new rings. Put it back together and turned my daughter loose with it again for another 5 years or so.

The law has already been laid down, and she knows better than to mess with us. Actually we're kinda looking forward to it, she's getting away from the **** she married. We've been waiting on this for a couple of years now. ( Not the moving back home, the getting away from him)

I'm probably going to find a house and a job this summer where we want to be and go set up shop and be somewhat established before my wife retires, so the transition won't be too bad on the fam come next Apr. Cummins and CAT are hiring in the area we are going. I've been looking real hard at what they have to offer.

Like I said, it takes the fun out of doing it as a hobby. Maybe even an instructor. Who knows. I'm looking now, so I'm sure I'll come across something.

I also thought about buying a CNC machine and doing some sort of specialized custom fab work. Or even powder coating. I like metal work and I wish I would have gotten into that more in the AF. Hell, I dunno.

I am also into drones. I bought my first one with the intention of doing real estate photography. That option is still on the table. I just don't know what I wanna be when I grow up. But, I do know the aircraft chapter is closed and on to something completely different.

I use my buddies drone with a Go -Pro to scout potential hunting properties. ...works great .

You have much potential , but imo more potential to be an absolute ASS ....Pun kinda intended ... If you end up behind a desk or a laptop. You Sir will have ZERO friends in the workplace ..;however , if you stick to the floor and mentor idiots like me with just the right attitude ( tough , but possible) you Sir could be a difference maker ...[emoji106][emoji106]
