Spots on Gauge Cluster

I noticed the other day that there were some spots on the clear plastic of the gauge cluster. So today I sprayed a little bit of Sprayaway (glass cleaner) on the plastic to take them off and it made even more. Has anybody else had this problem or heard of it?

I've got the same spots on mine. Don't know how to get em off though

plastic polish will work i used mcguires plastic polish and mine looks brand new
