Yes it is definitely larger and has a completely different mounting system. If you're thinking of doing the swap, it is possible but requires a fair amount of custom fab work. And requires changing more than just the bumper... grille and hood have to be changed as well.

Brackets for the bumper/tow hooks to bolt up will be the main thing. Brackets for the top of the grille would be another.
