17x9 -12 on a Mopar 4” lift is it safe

Is a 17x9 safe on a 4” super lift/ mopar?

I have a 2017 ram 1500 4” mopar lift and would like to run a 17x9 -12 wheel and the tie rods are all most about to rub but it doesn’t even lock to lock
