Had this happen to me too about 2 weeks into owning my Ram. You just need to reset the switch.

Open the window and continue to hold the switch down for about 3 seconds after the window is fully opened, then close the window and continue to hold the switch up for about 3 seconds. This should reset it and it should work properly after.

Yup...do this three times in a row without stopping:

1. Push window down button and hold to a count of three once the window bottoms out.

2. Pull window up button and hold to a count of three once the window fully closes.

This forum is great. In less than 20 minutes multiple people answer a members question.
