2011 ram grinding noise

I have a 2011 ram 1500 big horn with a 5.7l hemi. I have changed the idler pulley which I thought would fix the problem but I still get a grinding noise on cold start up. After awhile it quite down but is still there when I open the hood..

Check all pulleys if they all feel good How old is the belt my orig one looked fine but would slip like this no matter what until i replaced it.

Remove the belt when cold and spin all of the pulleys, alternator, AC compressor, and power steering ( if its hydraulic).
