Not into the pioneer unit but into the Sirius radio that I bought with the pioneer. I had to trim the plastic around the antenna and then it fit. Once I had it attached I glued it in to make sure it doesn't fall off.

That radio mic comes with a clip that is designed to easily clip on to the head liner. I usually install mine on the left side of the mirror to the headliner, make sure the sun visor folds down all the way and doesnt hit the mic. Alot of people install the mics near the windows and that may introduce unwanted background noise.
hope that helps your problem

as far as the 6x9s a spacer should do the trick. or removing a little material in the stock location. shouldnt be much of a problem though

That's where I have it mounted. The mic was missing a part and it finally came in today. I decided to go with 6 1/2 components up front. I haven't mounted my tweeter yet as I'm working on my lift right now.

I always replace my stereo no matter what is stock. I'm a big fan of aftermarket stereos and the sound quality you get from them. I had it tuned at a shop and sounds great. Really screams.

Thank you.
Not yet. It's coming soon. I'm going to re run my power wire to a district block under the seats and build a amp rack under the rear drivers seat to match my box. Hopefully I can get it done soon. Currently I'm working in my lift and trying to get some 35s.

What amp are you going to run, and both off the 4 gauge?

I'll run a kicker ix500.4 I had one in my last truck but sold it so I can get a new one. No I'll run 0 gauge to the distro then 4 gauge out. I could use the 4 gauge as it will only be 1000 watts but I like knowing my wire can handle it and more.

Looks good I went with the same kickers dash and 6x9s for front & rear doors. I used the outer rim of the stock 6x9 as a spacer for the front doors and it fit perfectly. For my rear subs I used 2 Rockford Fosgate P3D4-12 at 1ohm and a Rockford Fosgate Prime 1200W Amp. Sounds pretty good.

Finally got a back up camera from amazon and installed it in my tail gate handle. Didn't have a factory one so I drilled a hole. I will run all the wires this weekend. Luckily the Metra harness had a revers trigger wire that I hooked up to the deck so it already switches to camera when put in revers. I will post some pics later tonight when I get home.
