2014 Ram 1500 blue tooth options?

A few weeks ago I replaced the basic Ram unit with and inexpensive Jensen VX 7020. I don't need a high end system with perfect audio, I've lost high and low end hearing plus have tinnitus so everything pretty much sounds the same.

I used a Metra kit that included the faceplate adapter and the wiring harness. The Jensen is a double din unit so I had to cut the lower portion of the metal mount in the dash. In addition to the Metra kit I had to buy an antenna adapter and a SiriusXM antenna adapter (both are available on Ebay). For the Sirius antenna get one that has the "Curry colored" adapter, a FAKRA (metal plug gold colored) adapter I got off of Amazon didn't work it was too loose.

To get Sirius to work I also had to by an SXV200V1 Sirius tuner. It came with 3 months free on the condition you pay for 3 months.

I got it for 365, there are us sellers that have some version but a lot of the reviews I read said they were crap. I can do a video review and post if you guys want. It will take awhile though maybe tomorrow. Just let me know

I thought about the parrot also however it is not full android system only a partial that's why I decided against but it had some good reviews. Just not enough bang for the buck for me. I will say I did have to modify metra bracket to get it to fit. The radio is a little wider than the bracket.

How do you like the kenwood ddx371? I've been looking at that or the Pioneer AVHX4600BT.. also is that USB connected to the radio or for charging purposes only?

How compatible is this with our trucks. I have a 2014 RAM 2500 with the 5.4 radio. And if I installing a back up camera, do I still have to do all the flashing of the truck computer.

The Android? I had the 3. whatever. Anyway I didn't flash anything and installed backup camera I don't have steering wheel controls but it's compatible with that also. Screw it I'll do a video review tonight and post the link
