Interesting? with no fees attached.No. A lemon law attorney.
In all honesty I did not write this post to get in a debate over lemon law and attorney fees. I wrote it to let others know of my story and hopefully get some constructive feedback and maybe find others who have experienced a similar situation. Most importantly my family was put in harms way due to a vechicle malfunctioning which could have caused serious injury’s and thankfully that wasn’t the case. My wife and son are still extremely shaken up by the incident and they are what matter to me most.Interesting? with no fees attached.
@STrooperHemi, if you have an open lawsuit against fca, I wouldn’t talk about it anymore, they have teams of eyes all over the net just to catch people slippin, so be careful what you say and good luck with everything.
I would assume with lemon law that FCA would end up paying the lawyer that is what the lawyer would be willing to take the case without a retainer.
That was in my driveway stopped in reverse. I opened the door, took my foot off the brake & gave it some gas & it went.
Just curious, you're driving down the highway at a respectable 85 mph and you turn the radio volume down but mistakenly put it in park or maybe just reverse, does the truck just stay in drive or does appear on the dash display?
I fully agree with this statement..I would assume with lemon law that FCA would end up paying the lawyer that is what the lawyer would be willing to take the case without a retainer.

I was reversing out of my garage, put the truck into park and it proceeded to go forward. ThanksNot saying it can't happen, and I know you'll swear you put it in park, but it sure like you put it in drive and panicked!
