Just purchased a 2018 1500 ram pick up on December 7, 2018. The dashboard lights won’t go out they stay on all night... today I brought it in to the dealership only to have them tell me that Chrysler is aware of the problem and is doing nothing about it. I was told by the service advisor that The service tech tried other vehicles in their lot similar to mine such as the loaner truck and it did the exact same thing as mine was doing but they can do nothing about it and at least he has record that I brought it in and it is duly noted in their system. WTF!!! They offered no solution nor did they offer a timeframe in which it would be fixed. This is a $43,000 vehicle, are you kidding me!?! This is not acceptable. I have less than 2600 miles on it and I am looking at having to jumpstart the battery in the morning because the dash lights that won’t go off are draining my Battery. Again, dealership knows about it, Chrysler knows about it and offers no solution whatsoever. Anybody out there faced this? Thank you
