2019 Limited 1500 with 5.7 hemi 42k. Morning wake up, dead battery. Jumped it later in the day and was greeted with several error messages and tranny stuck in 1rst gear. Made a few calls and read forum, seems 4 years on these stock batts are not uncommon. Unknown why bat was drained down, I supposed it is possible I had a door ajar and cabin light did it in.

Let it sit for a while and restart with no jump, error messages cleared and tranny running fine. Mech said it was in limp mode (1rst gear) and he could clear any remaining codes, brought him a new larger NAPA battery to swap out and it fit fine. Checked for codes (none) and no issues since. Scary sitrep for a truck I have had only 3 months.

I have read that some folks are having to soft reboot the uconnect, but so far my system seems fine, climate controls where a bit funky at first but seem to have calmed down.

It takes a while for all of the systems to re-read all the connections and inner connected modules, etc. When I changed out my battery the 1st time, I failed to reset the IBS sensor, which resulted in battery going bad after 4 months. Got another battery and reset the IBS, now issue solved.

It took like 3 key cycles to get most of the warnings and modules talking to each other. Like the 1st time drove, my Cruise was unavailable.

FWIW: 4 years on these batteries may be where the timing be unless you keep yer battery on a tender as there are so many electronics that run in the background, and if one does not shut down properly, drain that battery real quick.

Example: When I shut down my truck, lock door which activates passive alarm. All systems shut down for the most part in 5 minutes. BUT my USB connections restart and stay active for an hour, than shut down again for good. Dealer allegedly put in a STAR case, they could not figure out why. Just all these friggin modules talking to each other. Also remember, there will always be a draw as the passive alarm system still active, and also your remote RF hub is active so it can read any "FOB" signals.

How do you reset the IBS sensor?

Did you get it sorted out?
