3/5 drop and 22's. What size tire?

I have the Belltech 963SP kit waiting to be installed. Gonna trim it to achieve a 3/5 stance. That being said Im also in the market for some srt 22s. Will I have rubbing issues with a 305/40/22?

From everything I have read the 305/40s will rub at full lock. I'm looking to go with 285/45s when I do it here soon...unless someone convinces me otherwise

My 305/40/22 slightly runs on a 2/4 so I'd say you need somethin a little smaller

Talked to the tire shop, and they suggested 285/40's. They cost a little more but it may be worth it to do it right the first time.


What do you guys think about staggered tires? 285 up front and 305 in the rear?

I thought most people were running 305/45/22 on the 2/4 so I would think 305/40/22 would be ok on a 3/5.
