I have a 2008 2500 6.7 long bed slt and I want stronger springs not really lifted maybe 1 inch. My main question is do any of you guys know if it is possible to out 3500 springs on a 2500 or does anyone make heavier springs? Any help appreciated.

A 2nd possibility is what I did on my K5 Blazer. Went to Newark Spring in NJ and had them make me a set of 1 Ton springs to fit a 1/2 ton Blazer. Bolted right up, raised the rear about 2.5 inches and didn't break the bank. Good luck.

I have an 04 2500 and the only difference between the 2500 and 3500 is an additional overload spring leaf on the 3500. I bought the springs and perches from the dealer and put them on my 2500. It does involve welding the perches to the frame though. You might want to just add air bags with internal jounce stops that simply bolt on.
