37's Finally!

Wow, I Love it!!! A friend of mine came over with his Ferd and he has 38's. I was looking at getting new tires hard but I still pull a trailer and had to adjust for the lift I have now. I wish it was just about the tires alone. I'm in love with some American Force 24's and 38's. If only they didn't rub. lol As it is I can spin my truck on a dime with no rubbing on 35's. I love that. Anyway, back to your truck. WOW I love it!!!!

Thanks guys. Yeah had a little rubbing issue and trimmed the flare a bit and the lower valance. Now there's no issues. Putting it in tow/haul keeps the mds from kicking in, keeps it from shifting so soon and it down shifts sooner.

Do you have the bilsteins set at 2.8" or 2.1"? Since you have 6" front, and 5" rear, wouldn't it leave the rear lower than the front? Looks dead level in the picture!

Do you always drive with tow/haul on? Any downside or premature wear n tear on anything by doing this? I have the same lift/wheel/tire set up.

Yeah. Because of the heavier tires and my 3.55 gears. I like how it holds the shifts out longer and keeps the mds from kicking in. I don't know if I'm hurting anything by doing this. I guess time will tell

I don't think you can hurt a tranny daily driving in tow hall mode. All it does is remap the computer and keep your truck out of overdrive where it will heat up. The only thing you'll hurt is your fuel economy.

Thanks. I've been kicking around putting a 1.5 body lift on it, but my wife has a hard time getting in it as it sits. Maybe going with gorhino steps might make it a little easier on her

Got my 37's on my new wheels and just finished putting the bilstiens on. I went with cooper stt's and set the bilstiens at 2.8. I love it.
