I recently purchased a 2019 Ram 1500 classic CC 4x4. I've installed a rough country 3 inch lift. I'm currently running 315 70 17s. I want to go 37 12.5 17. Will the zone offroad 1.5 inch body lift give me enough clearance?

I have a 4" superlift lift and 1.5 Zone and it barely fits my 37's that are actually 36"

I've seen 35s with a 2" level. You mean with an extra 3.5" of lift you can barely fit 37s?

It hits the bumper when you turn, I literally have 1/4 of play. That RC kit isn't actually a lift from looking at the pictures, all I see is spacers and new UCAs

Also depends on the actual size of the tires as well. And how handy you are with a SawzAll.

I’m on an RC 6” lift with 35’s. 37’s I would even need more lift, and my 35’s are shot lol. More like almost 33’s [emoji12]

The main issue will be the factory bumper. shave the bumper where it'll rub or run any of the high clearance ones and depending on what tire you're thinking to run they should fit with what you have now.. perhaps you'll need some slighty modifications.

I run 37x12.5x17 KO2's with 2.5-2.75" lift. KO2's are a smidge smaller compared for example to a Nitto MT tire in the same size so that helps a little bit as well, extra caster in your alignment is another parameter that helps.
You don't see much on the last because people either insist on not spending a little more for real UCA's, or they have brackets lifts that use the same factory UCA's so the fundamentals of geometry after lifting are often not looked at or simply forgotten or not needed. Ive had applications where i had to fight metal to fit 32's lol, fitting 37's with just caster and a little lift in this application is a god sent :).

Asides from the basics I have a prerunner style bumper so clearance is plenty. i do offroad my truck and regarding the "stuffed" looks i phacking love it and i can stuff my wheels full on where it matters as well when offroading so it's a 100% fully functional setup with a relatively low COG. Win win for me when i'm in situations going uphill or downhill and i have a corner or 2 in the air while in 4LO. That's my definition of "Tough" looks.

Have fun.

I’m swapping my chrome bumper for the sport. I can trim that if needed :). We shall see. Good point on the UCA’s.

I run 37x12.5 20s on 20x12s with a-44 offset and i had to barely trim the bumper and valance.... you should be fine with any 6 inch lift and some bilsteins up front

Wheel choice has a huge impact on fitment as well. You could rub 33’s with a 6” lift, or clear 37’s with 3” lift, all depending on wheel backspacing/offset.

So how does one go about figuring out the correct configuration.

Oh you will need to trim the sport bumper. I had to on mine.

One of these days I'll either switch to a Rebel front end or aftermarket

Just to give you an idea. The bumper was cut for 35's. The 37's are that much bigger. Most 35's are 34.5" but most 37's are much closer to true size. Ridge Grapplers are 36.7" tall actual height

I may just follow the fender line and cut it out so it matches more of what the aftermarket ones look like. Have to get it all cut and fit before I get it painted :). Thanks for the tips and pics.
