you do lose some because the engine works a bit harder then normal but it's really not much

Well almost 3 months later case is finally in, truck goes in tuesday morning, i will test it out on the way home and update when i get home

Actually just as shameful as jeep making fwd jeeps and dodge making awd trucks.

Well finally today, almost 3 months later, got the new case in, and..... Not a single difference, called them as soon as i got in and they told me to bring it back in as soon as i can no appointment necessary, we'll see what they do next i guess

Either they didnt road test properly after the install or they thought you wouldnt notice. A second time. Pretty much a big **** you.

Im going to go with this as well. When they don't have an answer, they try the BS route hoping that the customer doesnt know any better.

When I brought mine in for not locking in 4lock/low, they tried to tell me the front wheels weren't spinning in 4low because I don't have the anti-spin rear axle.

Hmmm my '15 Express doesn't have an Auto 4wd mode... Just 2wd, 4wd lock & 4wd low!

I don't think I posted about that. They claimed its "working as designed" so they won't do anything. So basically I've just been dealing with it. I'm not doing any off roading to speak of anyway but its just the principle.

Its too bad they cant just downgrade your switch and Transfer case to one without the auto.
