No difference in max speed besides engine redline (max rpms) regardless of position. For long term life, I would't run the engine at redline for long. :)

Auto and 4 lock can basically handle any normal speed probably can handle max speed although not likely great idea to max out at 110ish often.
4 low the rpms still go quick I think the max speed is right in the manual and not very high thinking 30mph is max.

All the above is sound advise, my work truck has to access some remote/ Steep sites. It’s a 2010 3.7L V6 in a extremly heavy F150- the hills are so steep if I stop in 4 Hi, I’m fcked” I know from expreance”- The v6 literally won’t move the truck” so I’ve learned to run in in 4low Locked out in 3rd at about 35mph, decent pace, plenty of speed and torque available, much faster and my tools get scattered in the bed.

4Auto can be used at any speed and i am not sure if the control modul will avoid that 4x4 kicks in if too fast.
You should never use 4Lock or 4Low on paved, dry (or wet) roads!
Going more than 30mph on unpaved/snowy roads is in most cases not a good idea.
Max speed in 4Low is about 50km/h and limited by engine rpm
Use your 4x4 with care, the RAM system is not the sturdiest!
