so I am about to move to a new state and am wondering if I should get the truck serviced. I have 77K miles on it and the dealership recommends:

Differential service
Fuel system flush
Coolant system flush
Tune up

I just changed my oil and rotated my tires (putting new in when I get there!)

My question is since the truck is running fine should I even bother or is this something that needs to get done?

I would do the coolant flush. The rest I personally wouldn't worry with till 100k. YMMV

I would do coolant and difs but I usually have the diff, tranny, coolant and oil changed at 3k to make sure anything left over from manufacturing is gone.

My dealer suggested a diffy change around 65k.

I pointed out the manual says otherwise. I think 100k if you use for hauling or a service vehicle. They gave a lame excuse because I live in zone b...whatever that means.

I would wait until you have moved. This way you can try out out your new dealer. I follow the owners manual for maintenance, not the dealer recommended service schedule.

Hell yeah. This^^^. The dealer can find all kinds of “reasons” for service. I follow the book and usually an over just a bit lol
