Hi. Since I wasn't ready to use the lights I received the long box and never opened it until now. The 50" light is there with brackets screws but no cube lights. Did you ship them separately? I only got the one long box.

When I spoke to the lady at the UPS store she told me the shipping label on your package would reflect how many pieces were shipped. I just got home and looked at the package you sent and the shipping label days "1 of 1". If you left two packages, they only sent one and that's why you got one taking number. Check the classified ad you placed for a photo of the label. I can't PM it to you so I will have to add it there to my post. Let me know what you're going to do.
This is your shipping label. The amount of packages is on the top right corner. The problem was on your end. You need to go back to the place you shipped it to see if they still have the package.
