Led light bar?

Hello
I mounted an under tailgate OPT 7 led light bar to the top back of my headache rack.
I made a harnes that plugs into small flat trailer connector for power and tapped for the reverse light.
Funny thing happened about 1 1/2 year later??
The main light part of bar has a tendency to stay on?
How could this even happen?
It’s happened 2 times in about 6 months.
I have it unplugged for now, except the reverse still functions.
I’m lost. Any thoughts?
All connections are soldered and shrink wrapped. Thank You

That's a good idea to install that on a headache rack. It sounds like an internal problem in the light bar itself. I would contact OPT 7 and see if they would warranty it out.
