Getting ready to try a screen replacement on the UAQ upgrade in my parents 14 ram.... Same scenario ... Got the goo leaking out the bottom when I took it out today.Update
Once I removed it from the truck, the goo from the screen was everywhere. I regret to say my attempt to fix was a failure. No idea of what to do now.
I stopped by the dealer today and they still are clueless. They took my number and said they would call just like the last 2 times. I wish I had a close alternative to this dealer as they don’t really seem to care. I may need to rethink my choices other than RAM on the next truck we buy. Our local Ford dealer treated us real good on warranty work on our Mustang GT that we traded for our RAM.

Awesome, glad to hear you're being helped as well.Posted in a similar thread, wanted to update here as well. I was notified today by Uconnect that the radio and labor will be covered. Now just waiting on dealer ordering part and availability.
I received a call from uConnect today and they advised they were covering the replacement cost of a new unit 100%. They advised they would let me know when the unit arrives at the dealer so we could make arrangements to take our truck in to have it replaced. I am keeping my fingers crossed the dealer follows through. A big thank you to @RamCares because without their assistance I think my case would have fallen by the wayside.I stopped by the dealer today and they still are clueless.
