AC time!

Lines are cold instantly to touch on start-up over to H block. No condensate, little to no cold air. Gages are shattered so cant check pressures.
H block stuck open?
Blender door malfunction?
Suggestions?

I would say blend door but if it was me I would go buy a new set of gauges and check the pressures first, Its a hell of a lot easier to put in a can of freon than it is to replace a blend door..............
