I could pick up some black tails but I have So much chrome... aka doorhandles, grill, wheels, headlights and bumpers. If I black out the tails and keep the third brake light they may look out of place...

But those tails would look good on it

Its all about personal preference!
My Bighorn is chromed out so I wanted some black to shake it up. Personally I like the contrast...
Added sport wheels with black carbon strips and oem black headlights

All red or all smoked but not both

Keep an eye on the rear corners of your headliner after a few washes. Unless you beefed up the gasket on the new light you may get water in there. The OEM light gasket is always tighter.

So weird thing you said that. My buddy has a problem with his on the stock one. My stock one never had this problem and the gasket that came with the new one is legit twice as thick as stock.

Mine had a tint film on it from the PO. I pulled off the film when I changed the bulbs, and it looks so much better now. I agree with all the lights matching.

It would have leaked on you anyways. I tried going this route. Ended up with stock tails and third. Stock leaked too but at least I can blame Ram. Those amazon lights aren’t worth the finger energy it takes to order them

I like my factory third brake. What I do is add bright white Leds and a Red Federal Signal and I add my own brake flash module to it. Because that little red light is too bright a friend of mine do the smoke wrap leaving the white reflector open.
