Pro comps really aren’t adjustable like the Bilsteins, they just have a lower coil spring mount that you flip upside down for a little lift.

That is correct, I just verified that. So, Bilsteins it is.

There's nothing wrong with procomps, if the height they give is what you want then they are fine. Bilsteins just give you more height increment choices. They are both monotube. My boss is getting the procomp lift with those struts installed on his Silverado at the end of January. Ill let you know how it rides compared to mine.
