Hey guys, looking to see if anyone else is having issues with their Air ride? Just purchased a 2019 Ram 1500 Limited back in October and when cooler weather began to roll in, I noticed the truck literally looks like it's doing the downward dog yoga position.. took it to ram dealership 3x only for them to tell me it passes all diagnostics and though they can see there is a problem they can't do anything about it as it passes all tests. That was in Feb.. fast forward to April, compressor finally bit the dust and came out from work to it stuck in entry/exit mode with "Service Air Suspension immediately" warning message. Took bk to dealership only to get met with part being backorder and will be close to 3-4 weeks before the part arrives. Also, side steps were malfunctioning and dealership said its all due to the air ride issues as their all intertwined???
I absolutely love this truck and have been waiting 2 yrs prior to purchasing but now I think I've bought a lemon that nobody knows (dealership included) how to fix it and Chrysler is dragging their feet.
Is anyone else having any of the same issues or with getting OEM parts??
