I was wondering if the control module for the 2013+ factory trailer brake controller is available separately? Interestingly enough my truck came with the factory brake controller switch installed in the center stack but looking under the dash there is no control module, just the two connectors hanging there. I see the kit to add the trailer brake module is pn 82214492, but it comes with the switch which I already have. Doing a little research, I found that pn 68336235AA is supposed to be just the control module but can you confirm this is just the module?

Truck is a 2013 1500 Big Horn 5.7 65rfe 3.55 4x4 with tow package. Thank you!

There are quite a few possible causes listed for this code within the tech info such as:
FUEL TANK PRESSURE (FTP) SENSOR 5-VOLT SUPPLY OPEN CIRCUIT OR EXCESSIVE RESISTANCE
EVAP PURGE SOLENOID VACUUM LINE LEAKING OR BROKEN
EVAP PURGE SOLENOID VACUUM LINE OR PORT RESTRICTED/OBSTRUCTED
PINCHED/OBSTRUCTED LINE BETWEEN THE EVAP PURGE SOLENOID AND CANISTER
PINCHED/OBSTRUCTED LINE BETWEEN THE FUEL TANK AND CANISTER
FUEL TANK PRESSURE SENSOR
EVAP PURGE SOLENOID
POWERTRAIN CONTROL MODULE (PCM)

From looking over the diagrams they reference a purge solenoid which has a 90* port and a straight port. The underhood solenoid has ports on either end, Straight thru if you will so that would not be it.
