Here's my 2013 Ram 1500 Sport with Bilstein on all 4 corners. The front adjustable ones are set at the highest setting 2.8". I put 1.75" spacers for the rear because I wanted to keep the slight rake. Tires are Wrangler Duratracs 275/65R20 (34") on stocks.
This is stock the day I picked it up at the dealer with stock tires and shocks.

if I ever get mine back from the damn shop I'll post an updated one of my truck... 2.8 and new 34" tires. They've had it since Sunday night.
2.8 and 275 65 20. BFG's.... my clunking noise is gone since I had a shop take it to the top. very pleased. I think I had the top plate not tight enough... 38 5/8 ds 39 1/4 ps ---rear is 40 1/2 due to spring upgrade
