-_- seems silly. Guess ill just take it apart and redo everything.
Just to make sure here.... slip on washer. Then install strut into pillowmount.
Maybe not that extreme, but maybe ?
Hopefully not !

Fwiw , here's a link to my install , there's some helpful & important info there .
Hope this helps !

That's definitely your issue man. Those things look super loose lol. I'd recommend pulling the assemblies and recompressing the springs to actually torque those nuts.

So, It definitely was the problem. I took it to a shop because I don't have a torque wrench. There was about a quarter inch of travel and also the mounting holes were a elongated and a few of the threads were messed up from it rubbing which was causing the squeaking and the clunking. ended up working out alright and tighten down perfectly. Sounds so much better now

Well I went the route of Zone Offroad UCAs
Installed the Bilsteins at 2.8
I did not install my Motorsport Technology 10mm spacers, as I still have a 1/2"(ish) between the UCA and tire
The truck was 3/16" nose high before the alignment, and dead on after the alignment
It rides very nice across speed bumps, on bumpy backroads and gravel roads. (better than stock, even my wife stated this)
I have not taken it out on the highway yet, it will be a few weeks before I get to take it on the concrete highway with expansion joints.

I will drive it a few weeks, to see if I need to drop the Bils down or install an undetermined sized spacer in the rear.

Thanks all to whom provided input!

@BSLugnut , that's fantastic news Sir !
I rode around for over a year like that prior to installing a rear coil spacer .
For some reason none of your pictures work for me , they are all broken ?

Here's a link to my rear coil spacer install if anyone is interested.

No, the pics aren't broken.
I'm the one broken, as I'm struggling to figure out how to get the images uploaded...

Why switch the 1 for 1.5?

Just because I thought the front was going to sit a little higher than it does after settling. The 1" is perfect though.

R.L.K. & UGAFAN, are you running the stock shocks with the 1" spacer?
If not, which shock are you running?

Also, which 1" spacers would you go to?
My initial search is only finding 1.5" spacers and springs. With the price of those spacers, I may look a replacing the springs with Icon or something with a progressive spring.

I'm running bilsteins 5100s @ +2.8" up front and a 1.5" coil spring spacer in the back on factory wheel & tires .2c6c9f73795090614095dfc182a91f33.jpg

RLK, sorry, I mean to ask if you are running the stock shock in the rear with the 1.5" spacer?
Lol I linked you my spacer install like 5 or 6 post above , all the info should be there sir

To answer your Question though yes I still have the stock shocks in the rear with a 1.5" TGC spacer .

+1.5" is the most you should go on stock or stock height shocks , any higher there is fear of over extending them during spirted offroading. ..
