Ok so I'm usually spot on with audio stuff but I've run into. Problem that just started today. So my channel port on my amp where the speaker wires hook in, started smoking. I have no idea whatsoever can be the cause of this. I've gone over all my connections, and nothing is loose or touching anything it shouldn't be, but I'm at a loss with this.

Well thanks to everyone's input, (sarcasm) I fixed the problem temporarily. Somehow the socket came loose in my speaker input on the positive side and burned it up. So what I ended up doing was soldering a screw where the connection was and taping the wires to the screw. Problem solved.
