Another camera display/radio question

My '19 classic has the tiny basic radio, with the camera display in the mirror. That camera display is just about useless. I would like to have the display in the radio. Is it as simple as getting the right 5" radio and the harness that goes from the passenger side to that radio rather than up to the mirror? The 5" radios are common at the yards for $100 or so. Or I would be glad to buy one from a member here. I just need to know how simple or complicated this is. The primary goal again is to move the rear camera display from the mirror to the radio. Thanks for letting me ask yet another radio question.
