Automatic folding mirrors

Hello I have a 2015 RAM 1500 Laramie with folding mirrors.
Is it possible to decode with AlphaOBD ore something to switch them in if the truck is switched off like it can be done wit the https://zautomotive.com/product/tazer-ram/

No, Alpha can only turn things on that are already in the BCM and this is not. The Tazer does it by being always attached to the OBD port and sending the fold signal when the truck is turned off/on.
