Hey Guys im new here at this forum i have a 2000 dodge ram shorty lifted on 37's im going to swap my axle for a dana 60 and 70 axles. there must be one of you that did the swap already if anyone of you could tell me if the front drive shaft needs any modification ? this info would be gladly appreciated looking forward to a lot of replys any other info would be appreciate too let me know how your swap went

thanks guys for the info the axle i dont have they probly would be off a older dodge 1997 around that year and ill post some more pics of my truck as soon as i figure out how to post them

Front driveshaft does not need to be modified. I did a 60/70 swap on mine. Did have to have the rear driveshaft shortened and a 1410 yoke welded on. I also welded on new spring perches but I have heard that some guys have used the stock perches and just noched them for the ubolts to fit.
