I finally got my truck back yesterday. I did a few improvements to it while it was there. I got fog lights, HIDs, and adapters from JJ at Retro Shop. The TYC headlights came from rockauto.com. The grille I got was from e-autogrilles on Ebay. I also had him replace the black vinyl piece on the driver's door and buff the truck. I got my new plates on there too. I feel like I got a brand new truck.

I love the looks of it. The lights are pretty bright, but I have them aimed too low. Hopefully this weekend I can get them aimed a little better. The lights in the grille don't really do anything more than the high beams, but I don't care. I got the grille for looks, not function. It only cost about $50 more than a replacement grille and emblem anyway.

I would like to thank hemi1282 for sending me a bunch of pictures of his truck. I couldn't decide between the TYC and the VIPMoto lights. I was also thinking about leaving the grille shell black and he had a picture of his in black. I really didn't like that as much as silver.

Well that didn't last long. I was aiming the headlights a little higher last night and the right one broke. I turned them both down a bit when they were installed and when I went to turn the right one up something broke and now the light aims right at the ground. I didn't get it as high as it was originally and never felt any extra resistance.
