BC trucks

Hello and thanks for reading. I am in the market for a used ram 5.9l. I was wondering what others think about buying a vehicle that has been imported from BC and has rust. Fran=me has some visible rust which has been covered up by dealer. Any info would be helpful. vehicle is a 05 5.9 diesel 4wd laramie. with 105,000 miles onit. thanks for your responses...

How cheap? Don't be afraid to bring one back to life. That is low miles for 05.

seller is asking 28995 it is bone stock I am just worried about the rust on the frame which has been painted over...

Personally, in that price range I'd keep looking. That seems high to me for the bones of the truck to be a problem already. You'll probably have it for several years. Frame rust isn't easily fixed.

I just bought an 05 laramie with the 5.7L gas hemi for 12500 with no frame problems (though plenty of others) with 94k miles. A cummins would be nore like 18-20k, but 28k with frame rust seems high.
