I have a 2014 Ram 1500. My dash cluster has been out for about a year now and I have taken it to two different shops and they cannot figure out what’s wrong with it. After doing some research, could it possibly be the BCM? The radio occasionally glitches and stops, so I have to reset it, but other than that there is no other failures.
If it is the BCM, do key fobs need to be reprogrammed? Also, what is the best way to get a new or used bcm, everywhere online has them on backorder.
I appreciate any and all help.
